SUBSTANCE: IAB node can communicate with the central unit (CU) of the donor IAB using the first IP address as soon as possible after the handover is completed. According to the claimed solution, the first IAB node determines the first transport network layer association information between the first IAB node and the donor IAB CU based on the first IP address. The first IAB node updates the control plane context information of interface F1 using the first transport network layer association information, where interface F1 is the interface between the first IAB node and the donor IAB CU.
EFFECT: reduction in service delay and application costs for signalling.
