SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a beverage making machine for brewed beverage. The beverage making machine for brewed beverages contains a case with a wall, which surrounds the inner area and has at least one hole; a brewing device located in the inner area for obtaining a brewed beverage by brewing certain amount of solid substance placed by the brewing device with brewing fluid, wherein the amount of solid substance placed by the brewing device can come out of the brewing device; a movable container for accommodating certain amount of solid substance came out of the brewing device, while the container it is made with the possibility of movement to the inner area through the hole; a movable lid for closing the hole, wherein the lid is made with the possibility of movement at least to the first position and to the second position and is made in such a way that, in the first position it closes at least one area of the hole, and in the second position, it opens the hole so that the container can be moved through the hole, wherein the lid is connected to the case by means of a hinged device, so that the lid is made with the possibility of rotation around the axis of rotation and, by means of rotation around this axis of rotation, movement between the first position and the second position, while the hinged device contains the first lever, which is rigidly connected to the lid and installed with the possibility of rotation around the axis of rotation, while the hinged device has the second lever, which is installed with the possibility of rotation on the first lever, so that the second lever is rotated relatively to the first lever around the axis of rotation, which is parallel to the axis of rotation, and at a distance from the axis of rotation, while the hinged device additionally contains the first guide device, which is made to guide the first section of the second lever along the first guide curve, wherein the first guide curve passes in such a way that the first section of the second lever, when rotating the lid between the first position and the second position, is moved along the first guide curve, wherein there is a spring element located in such a way that the first section of the spring element is attached to the second lever at a distance from the axis of rotation, and the second section of the spring element is fixed relatively to the first lever and/or case.
