FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely non-invasive devices for predicting and early pre-medical diagnosis of stroke. The portable device for pre-medical rapid diagnosis of stroke includes a housing with ECG sensors, sensors for detecting the presence of movement or location of the patient, a power source, a communication channel and a testing system to determine whether the patient can perceive user notifications through a microphone for voice commands. The device is designed to be mounted on the patient’s chest and is a flexible housing on which disposable self-adhesive ECG sensors are mounted, and on the opposite side there is a compartment for control electronics with a lid and an alarm button located on it. Inside the control electronics compartment there is a power supply, a microcontroller, an ECG registration module for detecting fibrillation by signals from ECG sensors, a microphone and a speaker, a memory card for storing audio recordings of voice messages, a real-time clock, a Bluetooth module for communicating with an external computer and sensors for determining the presence of movement or location of the patient, namely an accelerometer for determining the fact of falling and a magnetic compass for determining orientation in space.
EFFECT: pre-medical express diagnosis of stroke is provided using a portable, non-invasive device worn directly on the patient’s body with the ability to predict stroke by recording and analyzing ECG for atrial fibrillation with an assessment of the difference in RR intervals and the absence of a P wave, along with recording and recognition of the speech response to audibly asked questions, as well as recording the position of the body in space and motor movements. anomalies.
