Composition for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis, including a semi-synthetic antibiotic amikacin sulfate, taken from the calculation of the maximum allowable daily dose of 15 mg/kg, calcium hydroxyapatite in the form of a powder with a particle size of 50-150 microns in the amount necessary to completely fill the bone cavity, which additionally includes powdered deer antlers with a particle size of 100-150 microns; the ratio of amikacin sulfate and deer antlers is 2:1; the required volume of the composition is calculated individually based on the results of radiation diagnostics of the volume of the bone cavity.

EFFECT: composition quickly stops inflammation and ensures the formation of bone tissue in the area of the defect, effectively for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.
