FIELD: medicine, surgery and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to improve the efficiency of osteosynthesis and reduce the time of treatment of patients with chronic post-traumatic osteomyelitis. A method of the treatment of chronic post-traumatic osteomyelitis includes the use of carbon nanostructured implants (UNI) and Lincomycin hydrochloride. Before implantation into an infected bone cavity, UNI is enriched with Levomekol ointment, which is heated to 40°C and mixed to a homogeneous mass with Lincomycin hydrochloride monohydrate powder, the ratio of components is 100 g to 283.5 mg; ultrasonic irradiation of the graft placed in the ointment is performed with a power of 1.0 W/cm2, a pulse of 2 ms for 5 min.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of treatment of post-traumatic osteomyelitis, improves the antibacterial properties of the nanocarbon graft, reduces the treatment time, and well replenishes the bone defect.
