FIELD: cell biology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of cell biology and medicine, in particular to the production of CD106high CD151+ Nestin+ mesenchymal stem cells (hereinafter – MSC) originating from placental and embryonic tissues and increase in a level of expression of CD106 non-differentiated MSC, as well as cultures of such MSC cells, pharmaceutical and cosmetical compositions containing them. For the production of the specified MSC and increase in the expression of CD106, non-differentiated MSC are cultivated in a cultural medium containing a mixture of Ilβ and IL4. The resulting cell cultures and compositions are used for the treatment of diabetes, aplastic anemia, decompensated liver cirrhosis, for angiogenesis induction, as well as for regeneration of skin and mucosa cells, improvement of skin and mucosa appearance, and treatment of skin damage or disorder. The cell culture, according to the invention, is used in administration systems, which are micro- and nanovesicles of biopolymers, lipids, or nanoparticles.
EFFECT: present invention allows for an increase in the yield of functional MSC obtained from all placental and extraembryonic tissues, due to a more efficient cultivation system.
