SUBSTANCE: object 1 is the use of a combination of an antibody or its fragment with immunological reactivity to an extracellular domain of protein CAPRIN-1 present on the surface of cells of malignant tumor and having an amino acid sequence shown in any of even SEQ ID NO: from 2 to 30, or an amino acid sequence 80% or more identical to this amino acid sequence, and imiquimod together or separately in a combination for the treatment and/or prevention of malignant tumor expressing protein CAPRIN-1 on the surface of cell membrane. Objects 2 and 3 are the use of imiquimod and the use of an antibody or its fragment for increasing therapeutic efficiency of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and/or prevention of malignant tumor. Object 4 is a method for the treatment and/or prevention of malignant tumor, including the introduction to an individual of an antibody or its fragment and imiquimod together or separately.

EFFECT: synergetic antitumor effect in the treatment with the claimed combination of an antibody or its fragment and imiquimod.
