SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring the integrity of track rails. The device includes a short tonal track rail of the SEC under the tail car, two receiving coils connected in pairs and in series are in back connection, the number of turns of one of the coils in each pair exceeds twice the number of turns of the other coil, each pair of coils by means of the first and second coupling nodes CN1 and CN2 is connected to a computer, which using software stored in its memory, fixes the serviceability/malfunction of the track rails. Moreover, a GLONASS receiver, a radio station, the first and second photocameras are connected to the computer.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of monitoring the integrity of rail threads at the point of fracture is achieved.
