FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to epidemiology, and can be used to assess the likelihood of a decrease in humoral immunity to whooping cough in schoolchildren associated with the complex effect of harmful chemical environmental factors, dietary habits and lifestyle. The definition of toxicological and laboratory prognostic indicators in the child is performed. As toxicological indicators, the nickel content in the child's blood sample and the iron content in the urine sample are established. As laboratory indicators, the level of CD3+, CD8+ lymphocytes and the level of magnesium are determined in the blood. Additionally, diagnostic criteria are determined regarding nutrition and lifestyle. The consumption of poultry meat is established as criteria regarding the nutritional characteristics of a schoolchild. As criteria relating to lifestyle, the frequency and frequency of physical education and sports are determined. If a student has the following deviations at the same time: if the student has nickel in the blood, it is 3.1 times higher than the regional background level, equal to 0.00225±0.00202 mg/dm3 for nickel; when the content of iron in the urine sample of a schoolchild is 1.6 or more times higher than the regional background level, which is equal to 0.0868±0.0344 mg/dm3 for iron, with a relative amount of CD3+, CD8+ lymphocytes in the blood within 22.2-26, four%; when the content of magnesium in the blood is in the range of 0.78-0.93 mmol/dm3; with a decrease, in comparison with the average daily norms, of poultry meat consumption by 22.5% or more; with the simultaneous frequency of physical education and sports less than 3 hours a week, a conclusion is made about a high degree of probability of a decrease in humoral immunity to whooping cough in schoolchildren, associated with the complex effect of harmful chemical factors of the environment, dietary habits and lifestyle.
EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to assess the probability of a decrease in humoral immunity to whooping cough in schoolchildren exposed to the combined effects of environmental chemical toxicants, as well as dietary and lifestyle characteristics, due to the totality of all operations of the proposed method, their sequence and modes of implementation.
