Abstract RU 2826715 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to paediatrics and immunology. In the territory characterized by such unfavourable environmental factors as the presence of benzene, toluene, manganese, nickel, chromium, formaldehyde in the air above the reference concentration and iron in water is higher than maximum permissible concentration, schoolchildren are selected with a history of allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, with a clinical course of 3 years or more, and presence of acute respiratory viral infections 4 or more times a year; as well as in blood of which 70% and more laboratory values with the following levels are detected: malondialdehyde (MDA) 2.16–2.62 mcmol/cm3; lymphocytes 37.46–42.34%; CD3+-lymphocytes abs. 1.55–1.89*109/dm3; CD3+-lymphocytes rel. 67.51–72.89%; CD3+CD4+-lymphocytes abs. 0.92–1.08*109/dm3; CD3+CD4+-lymphocytes rel. 37.07–41.93%; CD3+CD8+-lymphocytes abs. 0.61–0.75*109/dm3; CD3+CD8+-lymphocytes rel. 24.73–29.67%; CD16+CD56+-lymphocytes abs. 0.30–0.40*109/dm3; CD16+CD56+-lymphocytes rel. 12.13–16.07%; immunoglobulin M (IgM) 1.59–1.85 g/dm3; immunoglobulin G (IgG) 11.36–13.64 g/dm3; magnesium 0.83–0.87 mmol/dm3. Further, drug therapy is carried out by internal administration of the following medicinal preparations by children: Glycine from 1 to 14 days 1 tablet 2 times a day sublingually; drug Filtrum-STI from 1 to 10 days at age of 7–12 years, 1 tablet 3 times a day and Polyoxidonium from 5 to 14 days, at age of 7–10 years, 1/2 tablet once a day, at the age of more than 10 years, 1 tablet once day sublingually 20–30 minutes before meals, frequency of said drug therapy is once a year. Simultaneously, the drug-free exposure is performed by optimizing the school diet, correcting the drinking regimen, increasing motor activity and providing psychological relief for schoolchildren. Optimization of school meals consists in limiting consumption of chocolate, honey, citrus fruits, fermented cabbages, fermented cheeses, sausages, canned food, tomatoes, herring not more than once a week and in an amount not exceeding the average daily norm; with simultaneous inclusion in 10-day school menu at least 1 time – rice porridge, herculean soup, yoghurt, at least 8 times – bread with bran, at least 1 time – fruit juices with pulp: peach, pear, and a vitamin drink; correction of the drinking regimen involves dispensing of bottled water in amount of 200 ml to trainees from 1st to 15th day of each month. Motor activity is increased by including in the weekly schedule of the third physical training lesson with a complex of general developing exercises including elements of respiratory gymnastics and active games. And psychological relief of schoolchildren is carried out once a week using the correction and development program "Psychological relief" using methods of art therapy, visualization, meditation and respiratory practices.

EFFECT: invention provides an integrated method of drug-induced and non-drug exposure on schoolchildren suffering from allergic diseases associated with complex harmful effects of environmental factors, lifestyles and disturbed structure of school meals, providing reduction of intensity and duration of manifestation of clinical symptoms of allergic diseases, providing positive dynamics of functional and laboratory values, increasing resistance of critical organs and systems to environmental risk factors.
