FIELD: video processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dynamic representation of “picture in picture” (hereinafter – PIP). Video content from a server is received, and an object in video content is identified, using object detection or metadata, the first window position is determined based on the first object position, wherein the first window is superimposed on the object, while the first window contains a visually increased part of the first frame, while the visually increased part of the first frame contains the object, an increased object version is displayed within PIP window in all frames of video content.
EFFECT: provision of monitored video scaling.
