FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: discharger is presented, containing an elongated insulation body made of dielectric and washers made using dielectric and placed on the elongated insulation body. Washers contain inner electrodes located in washers and coming out to discharge chambers, which form discharge gaps between electrodes and come out to the outer surface of washers. Washers are also equipped with output electrodes having direct connection or connection via the discharge gap to inner electrodes and coming out outside washers. Washers are located on the elongated insulation body with the formation of discharge gaps between output electrodes of adjacent washers.
EFFECT: increase in possible number of discharge chambers in a discharger with simultaneous reduction in probability of combination of exhaust of discharge arcs from discharge chambers.
