FIELD: agricultural biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural biotechnology. The invention is a method for adapting blackberry microclones, including an adaptation stage, where a peat-perlite mixture is used as a substrate, before planting in boxes, the roots of plants are freed from the remnants of the MS nutrient medium, washed in distilled water, then washed in a solution of potassium permanganate, planted in a moist substrate, bring the humidity of the substrate to 85% with distilled water and close it with a transparent lid, while maintaining the air temperature at 22-23°C during the day and 18-20°C at night, lighting 2000-2500 lux with a daylight hours of 12 hours, on the third day ventilation is carried out to decrease in humidity, then every day the flow of drier air from the environment into the adaptation box is gradually increased and on the 7-10th day the adaptation box is fully opened.
EFFECT: invention is intended to reduce the time of adaptation of blackberry microclones to normal environmental conditions.
