FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant biotechnology and can be used in nursery for production of planting material using clonal micropropagation technology. In the method, plants grown in vitro culture are rooted and adapted by transplanting during the proliferation of micro-plants onto the vegetative sphagnum moss. In this case, the base of micro-races is preliminarily treated with the rootstock with the active substance IMC.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction in the period of plant production, increase in their quality and excludes death of regenerating plants.
