FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to surgical instruments used in otolaryngology during nasal polypotomy. The nasal polypotomy device consists of a hollow handle with a hole at the end. A tube equipped with a pneumatic fitting is hermetically attached to the lower part of the handle. An aspiration probe is hermetically attached to the upper part of the handle, to which a destructor is attached, made of a tube longitudinally divided into two equal parts, which on one side are connected to each other by hinges, and on the opposite side from the hinges in the center are equipped with two half-rings forming a ring with an inner thread into which the screw is screwed. The screw is equipped with a rotation regulator. An obturator is mounted on the destructor from the outside; a laser tip is located inside the destructor, connected by means of a light guide to the laser installation. On the side of the handle there are buttons for controlling the aspirator, the laser unit and the rotation regulator.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the speed of nasal polypotomy, while reducing material and labor costs, and also allows coagulation of the polyp as close as possible to the base, which prevents bleeding and minimizes the possibility of complications in the form of inflammation caused by infection of the wound.
