FIELD: vacuum extraction technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vacuum extraction technology. The method for vacuum-diffusion extraction includes the following stages: the vacuum-diffuse extractor is preheated to a temperature of 40-80°C; a vegetable raw mixture is placed in a heated extractor and the components of the vegetable raw mixture are mixed until homogeneous; water-based extractant, preheated to a temperature of 40-80°C, is introduced into the vacuum-diffuse extractor; extraction is carried out for 20-80 min; in a vacuum-diffuse extractor, a vacuum is created from -0.25 bar to -0.95 bar and extraction is continued; mixing is carried out during the entire extraction process; while the vacuum is maintained until the moisture content of the resulting product is not more than 7%.
