FIELD: biochemistry; immunology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biochemistry and immunology, namely to capsule polysaccharides of Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes. A polysaccharide-protein-carrier conjugate is disclosed, in which polysaccharide has a repeating link of polysaccharide of S. pneumoniae of 23B serotype, and where a protein carrier is CRM197; and where the conjugate additionally has molecular weight from 1000 to 10,000 kDa. In addition, a polysaccharide-protein-carrier conjugate is described, in which polysaccharide has a repeating link of polysaccharide of S. pneumoniae of 23B serotype, and where a protein carrier is CRM197, and where the polysaccharide-protein-carrier conjugate additionally has a mass ratio of polysaccharide and the protein carrier from 0.5 to 3.0.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides high immunogenicity, which can be used in multivalent pneumococcal conjugated vaccines.
