FIELD: sensors calibrating devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for calibrating sensors for static testing of parts and assemblies of aircraft gas turbine engines. A universal device for calibrating sensors for static tests contains at least one strain gauge and one displacement sensor, a substrate, a sensitive element, a measuring device and a loading device, while the sensitive element consists of a base connected to the substrate by means of a transition element, one cantilever beam, the loading means is installed on the substrate with the possibility of acting on the cantilever beam of the sensing element, and the measuring means comprises an illumination device mounted on the substrate and an eyepiece with a graduation scale connected to the substrate by means of a coupling. In this case, the sensing element is placed between the illumination device and the eyepiece, on the cantilever beam of the sensing element near its base there is a level line for the installation of a strain gauge, while the strain gauge is installed in such a way that its middle coincides with the said line, in addition, on the cantilever beam of the sensing element there is a label located at half the width of the cantilever beam at the level of the eyepiece axis, while the displacement sensor is installed above the device with the ability to measure the displacement of the cantilever beam of the sensing element in the label.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of simultaneous calibration of displacement sensors and strain gauges, the possibility of reusable use of the device.
