FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an integrated method for the production of methylchlorohydridemonosilanes. A method for the production of methylchlorohydridemonosilanes of at least one silane selected from monosilanes, disilanes, oligosilanes, and carbodisilanes is proposed, provided that at least one of silanes contains a chlor-containing substitute. The method is carried out by a reaction of hydration, when using at least one hydride donor source, and a reaction of redistribution in the presence of at least one catalyst, optionally, a reaction of cleavage of Si-Si bonds of di- or oligosilanes or Si-C bond of carbosilanes, and a stage of separation of methylchlorohydridemonosilanes, where the method is carried out in the presence of one or more solvents, in the absence of AlCl3.
EFFECT: method for selective production of methylhydridechlorosilanes is developed, allowing for reduction in a number of side products.
