FIELD: biology; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biological and chemical researches. A flow cell is disclosed, containing a base; a selectively removable self-assembled porous molecular mesh located on the base, defining a pattern of open sections of the base; and a nano-structure located at least on some of open sections, and polymerase attached to the nano-structure. The nano-structure is an electroconductive channel including material selected from a group consisting of a conductor and a semiconductor, and it has a geometrical shape selected from a group consisting of a tube, wire, and band, where the selectively removable self-assembled porous molecular mesh is a planar supra-molecular mesh of amine and diimide. A sequencing system and a method for the production of the above-mentioned flow cell are also disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved specificity of attachment of biomolecules and better sensitivity of sensors.
