FIELD: subways construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of deep subways, in particular to the construction of column stations on subway lines constructed by double-track tunneling mechanized complexes. The method for constructing a deep underground station with a column contains the following stages of work: the construction of a central station tunnel with a prefabricated block lining of a circular shape is performed by the same mechanized tunnel-boring complex that is used when driving a double-track distillation tunnel adjacent to the station. At the same time, shaped blocks are added to the block lining at the installation sites of the column-running complex, and temporary filling blocks are added at the passage points. After driving the central station tunnel between the shaped blocks known hoisting and transport devices mounted prefabricated column-run complexes. Further, with the help of erectors, side station tunnels lined with reinforced concrete tubings pass symmetrically with respect to the axis of the station. After that, for the device of through openings in the places of passenger passages, temporary filling blocks are dismantled.
EFFECT: simplification of the method and reduction of material consumption during the construction of a deep column-type station.
