SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, to pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology, can be used to evaluate indications for drug therapy of arterial pressure in obese children. A panel of genes associated with the development of arterial pressure is studied, which will make it possible to select personalized pathogenetic therapy and prevent damage to target organs.
EFFECT: method provides stabilization of arterial pressure and prevention of damage to target organs as a result of antihypertensive therapy, selected taking into account pharmacogenetic testing, slows down the progression of the disease and the formation of complications, reduces the frequency of hospitalizations and improves the quality of life of patients.
