FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, in particular it proposes a method for detection of an aneuploid Brassica oleracea plant, including: PCR in real time, using, as a matrix, DNA isolated from a sample obtained from Brassica oleracea plant for testing and DNA markers specific for each of two or more chromosomes of Brassica oleracea plant; and isolation of chromosomic aneuploidy by a relative difference in amplification amount between obtained DNA markers.
EFFECT: according to one of options of implementation of the present invention, it is possible to simply, accurately, and quickly detect an atypical plant (chromosomic aneuploid), which can be found in Brassica oleracea varieties, in a laboratory equipped with general molecular-biological equipment during quality control of seeds and breeding researches.
