FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and can be used for the production of medicines necessary in the therapy of tumor processes of the organs of the human reproductive system. A drug containing micronized indole-3-carbinol and excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, modified corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, coliphor SLS, magnesium or calcium stearate, enclosed in capsules that are made of pullulan, in the following amount in one capsule, g: indole-3-carbinol 0.10-0.20; lactose 0.10-0.14; modified corn starch 0.06-0.10; microcrystalline cellulose 0.034-0.07; sodium starch glycolate 0.03-0.05; coliphore SLS 0.0005-0.002; magnesium or calcium stearate 0.0005-0.002.
EFFECT: invention enables to effectively release indole-3-carbinol from the dosage form, increase its dissolution rate, protect the active substance from oxygen in the air, which implements its inherent oxidative activity, and stabilize the storage process of this solid oral dosage form of indole-3-carbinol.
