SUBSTANCE: method for determining the concentration of adsorbate nanoparticles (NPs) of silver on the surface of the nanoporous silica comprises preparing an analyte solution, extracting analyte from the sorbent solution, the fluorescence intensity measurement of organic in the presence of the test substance, determining an unknown surface concentration of the test substance by a calibration curve, where unmodified silica is used as a sorbent, as an adsorbate - monodisperse nanoparticles s and molecules of organic silver - Rhodamine 6G, fluorescence intensity was measured at excitation plasmon wavelength 420 nm, measurement was performed at room temperature.
EFFECT: high sensitivity method for determining the concentration of silver adsorbates NPs on the silica surface.
