FIELD: absorbent products.

SUBSTANCE: absorbent core (2) has a first core (3) and a second core (4) thinner than the first core (3). The first core (3) is located between the core wrapping sheet (5) and the second core (4). The second core (4) includes two base sheets (4S) located opposite each other, and an absorbent polymer placed between the two sheets (2S), and two sheets (4S) connected together by an adhesive. One or more pairs of connected parts (6), in which the core wrapping sheet (5) and the second core (4) are directly connected together without the presence of the first core (3), are on at least or both sides facing each other in longitudinal direction (X), through the first core (3), or on both sides opposite each other in the lateral direction (Y), through the first core (3). The part of the first core (3) located between the pair of connected parts (6) is compressed in the thickness direction by the core wrapping sheet (5) and the second core (4).
