Dispersing the crushed mixture of substances with water at a ratio of 1:4-8 to obtain the free flowing mass and / or dispersion. Bringing the mass pH to the alkaline pH above 9.5. Adding to the mass the water-soluble organic solvent, which is alcohol, until the alcohol concentration of less than 30% is obtained, to separate the husk from the seeds / fruits endosperm. Separating the solid phase in the centrifuge. Bringing the mass pH to pH between 4.5 and 7.2. Separating the not containing the husk mass, on at least one decanter or separator, into plurality of phases, where one of these phases is the protein concentrate phase, which is dried by means of the drying mill with the powder formation. At that, the temperature during all process stages, other than pressing to produce the filter-press precipitate, is below 60°C.

EFFECT: invention enables reduction in the product thermal decomposition, which eliminates the need for the product secondary purification, the resulting purified pure product has a suitable RAL color without further processing.
