FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Method of treatment of (A.A) rapeseeds, where latter is cleaned and separated into kernel fractions (S.E), on one side, and shell fractions (S.G) on the other, wherein kernel fractions (S.E) are subjected to one or more pressings for oil extraction (P.A; P.C) and remaining cake (P.B; P.D) containing solid component and oil. Cake (P.B; P.D) is subjected to at least one additional grinding process (K.W) and output as main component, filler or additive (K.D; K.B) for human food-stuff. At that, main component, filler or additive forms powder with grain size of up to 500 mqm.
EFFECT: at that, entire method is carried out at constant cold production with prevention of denaturation of proteins.
