FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used to protect radioelectronic equipment (REE) from interference ultrashort pulses (SRS), which propagate in a conductive way. Pulse signal protection device with equalization of time intervals between decomposition pulses, including combinational ones, consisting of three parallel conductors, so that in cross section of device conductors are identical, have rectangular shape, and their length is selected so that the difference between the total delays of the even and odd modes excited by the pulse signal is greater than its duration, first and second conductors at one end of the device are electrically connected to the circuit of the pulse signal source, and at the other end to the protected circuit, source circuit and protected circuit are in path with identical wave impedance, and its value and values of resistance of two resistors are equal to average geometric value of wave impedances of even and odd modes, differs in that first and second conductors are located on one side of dielectric substrate, and the third conductor is located symmetrically to the first one relative to the substrate on its reverse side with provision of open circuit at the beginning and short circuit at the end for the pulses with delays occurrence in the time response of the device, consisting of combinations of delays of the main modes, and selection of cross-section parameters providing equality of time intervals between all, including combination, decomposition pulses, based on the condition, at which it is necessary that the delay of one mode is 2 times greater than the other.
EFFECT: disclosed is a pulse signal protection device with equalization of time intervals between decomposition pulses, including combinational ones.
