FIELD: vehicles impact testing.

SUBSTANCE: rigid barrier of a composite obstacle refers to the means of providing impact testing of vehicles. The barrier contains a mirror made in the form of a rectangular plate in plan, formed with the possibility of meeting, with a 25% frontal overlap, with a part of the test vehicle, the first and second base supports, made with the possibility of integrating the barrier with the base of the composite obstacle, and also located between base supports and mirror interface. The interface is formed by a truss located between the first support and the mirror, as well as echeloned installed braces, pivotally connected to the second support of the base and sections of the structural elements of the truss located on the side of the mirror.

EFFECT: easy access to fastening elements and reduced probability of occurrence of redundant barrier bonds.
