FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgical dentistry, and can be used in the treatment of patients with adentia using dental implants and a navigational surgical template. After the installation of the surgical navigation template, the formation of a connective tissue autograft is carried out using a mucotome installed in the tip of the physio dispenser. In the area of the previously installed dental implant, the formed connective tissue autograft is taken using atraumatic tweezers and a scalpel, thereby creating access to the plug of the dental implant. Bone tissue is profiled and an artificial cavity is formed in soft tissues for a connective tissue autograft from the vestibular side. The epithelial layer of the connective tissue autograft is excised with a scalpel and, using a single U-shaped suture, it is adapted in the recipient zone, after which the implant plug is replaced with a gingival ferrule shaper.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a stable soft-tissue buffer zone of the required volume around the dental implant, which leads to achieving a high aesthetic result of implantological treatment, increasing the reliability of the orthopedic structure and its long-term operation, and also creates conditions for the prevention of periimplantitis.
