FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry. A minimally invasive tooth extraction is performed. A navigational surgical template is installed. Produce preparation of bone tissue to create a bed for a dental implant and install it. The navigational surgical template is then removed. The space between the implant and the vestibular wall is filled with LitAr material. Then, a free connective tissue autograft is taken from the tubercle of the upper jaw, the epithelial layer of which is excised. At the same time, a through stellate incision is made in the center of the connective tissue autograft. After that, the connective tissue autograft is immersed in a 0.9% NaCl solution. Then the connective tissue autograft is fixed on the gum shaper. After that, the gum shaper together with the connective tissue autograft is installed on the dental implant. Then, the gum shaper is immediately removed so that the connective tissue autograft remains around the dental implant. Then a scanned abutment is installed and the installed dental implant is scanned to obtain an STL file. After that, the gum shaper is reinstalled for the time of modeling and milling the temporary orthopedic structure. The STL file is sent to the digital dental laboratory, where a temporary restoration is modeled. Next, the gum shaper is removed and a temporary orthopedic structure is installed on screw fixation with a force of 15 n/cm.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate insufficient volume of bone tissue during immediate dental implantation, increase the service life of a dental implant, increase the reliability of an orthopedic structure and its long-term operation, and achieve a high aesthetic result of implant treatment.
