FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy, and can be used to assess the risk of progression of chronic kidney disease in men with stage III arterial hypertension. An anamnesis is taken, ultrasound examination of the heart and blood vessels, determination of the level of glucose in the serum of venous blood, determination of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the blood. With the combined detection of regurgitation on the pulmonary artery valve of I degree and above, an increase in the level of glucose in the venous blood serum up to 6.0 mmol/l and above, an acceleration of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the blood up to 21 mm/h and above and the duration of arterial hypertension for 12 years and more reveal a significant risk of progression of chronic kidney disease. Otherwise, the risk of progression of chronic kidney disease in the patient is negligible.
EFFECT: method enables early detection of the risk of progression of chronic kidney disease in men with stage III arterial hypertension by using routine examination methods: history taking, ultrasound examination of the heart and blood vessels, determination of glucose levels in venous blood serum, determination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate in blood.
