SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy and cardiology. It can be used to assess the risk of developing chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients with stage II hypertension. Level of creatinine and urea is determined, the presence or absence of metabolic syndrome, depression according to the Beck scale is taken into account, the risk of developing CKD is calculated by the declared formula.
EFFECT: method is available, enables efficient and accurate detection of groups of high development of CKD among patients with hypertensive disease of the second stage.
