With the combined detection of an increase in the level of systolic pressure in the pulmonary artery more than 26 mm Hg, an increase in the heart rate more than 80 beats per minute, an increase in the number of stab leukocytes in the venous blood of more than 10% and no history of acute cerebrovascular accident in a woman with stage III arterial hypertension reveal a significant risk of progression of chronic kidney disease. Otherwise, the risk of progression of chronic kidney disease in the patient is negligible.

EFFECT: method enables early detection of the risk of progression of chronic kidney disease in women with stage III arterial hypertension by using routine examination methods: taking anamnesis, determining the level of systolic pressure in the pulmonary artery, determining the heart rate, determining the number of stab leukocytes in venous blood.
