FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal diseases, cardiology, and is intended for prediction of acute renal injury (ARI) in patients with pulmonary artery thromboembolism (PAT). Patient is interviewed and examined. Cardiac ultrasound is performed. Pulmonary thromboembolism index, a left ventricular ejection fraction, a history of chronic kidney disease and myocardial infarction are evaluated. Points are summed up. If the total score is 6 and more, ARI is predicted in the patients with pulmonary artery thromboembolism.
EFFECT: method provides simple and early prediction of ARI by assessing the complex of the most significant indicators.
