FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to plants for cooling milk. The refrigeration unit for cooling milk using natural cold contains a reservoir-heat exchanger (3), a cooling jacket (2), a stirrer (5), a temperature sensor (4). The source of natural cold is the water of a mountain river on the pasture territory, which flows by gravity through an artificial water sleeve, located with a slope into the supply pipe (1), a cooling jacket and, under the natural pressure of the pressure of the river water, flows out through the outlet pipe (7). In this case, the agitator is connected through a transmission mechanism (6) to a water wheel (9) driven in rotation by flowing river water flowing from the outlet pipe. Wherein the reservoir-heat exchanger, the water jacket and the water wheel are fixed on the slide (10).
EFFECT: cooling productivity increases, energy consumption and material consumption decrease.
