FIELD: automobile tires.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an automobile tire adapted for driving on icy and snowy roads. The annular main groove (31), the annular main groove (41), the annular main groove (32), and the annular main groove (42) of the pneumatic tire (10) comprise a see-through portion (P) and have the same width. The lug groove and sipe formed on the outer shoulder tread (110) are inclined relative to the tire width direction in the first predetermined direction, and the lug groove and sipe formed on the outer second tread (120) are inclined relative to the tire width direction in the second predetermined direction. The grouser groove formed on the central contact portion (300) is inclined in the second predetermined direction, and the sipe formed on the central contact portion (300) is inclined in the first predetermined direction. The grouser groove formed on the inner second section (220) that comes into contact with the road surface is inclined in the first predetermined direction, and the sipe formed on the inner second section (220) that comes into contact with the road surface is inclined in the second predetermined direction.
EFFECT: improved traction on icy and snowy roads, as well as improved drainage performance.
