SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for the treatment of anterior capsular contraction syndrome with complete occlusion of the anterior capsular opening. Under OCT control, anterior capsulotomy is performed using a round-shaped femtosecond laser with a diameter of 3.5-4.5 mm, depending on the diameter of the optics of the implanted IOL. The radiation energy of the femtosecond laser in this case is 9300-9500 nanojoules, the depth of laser exposure is 900-1500 μm, depending on the thickness of the fibrous-modified anterior lens capsule with complete closure of the anterior capsular foramen. Then, using a YAG laser, a hole with a diameter of 0.5-1.0 mm is formed in the center of the fusion of the anterior capsule, and 4 radial incisions are made from its edge over the entire thickness of the anterior capsule, not reaching the circular anterior capsulotomy by 0.5-1.0 mm.

EFFECT: restoration of the passage of light rays along the visual axis of the eyeball with restoration of visual acuity, prevention of decentration and dislocation of the IOL against the background of reducing the trauma of the intervention.
