FIELD: -contact magnetometric diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-contact magnetometric diagnostics in the field of external monitoring of the technical parameters of an underground pipeline. According to the proposed method, using an electric cable 3 having a length of at least 50 m, the generator is connected to the diagnosed section of the pipeline, for which one end of the cable is connected to the plug of the pipeline 1, then it is pulled out to the full length coaxially with the pipeline to the pre-installed pole 4 and with the help of a wire connect the generator to the cable. At the opposite end of the pipeline section, using an electric cable 5 having a length of at least 50 m, an electrode is connected to drain the reverse current, for which one end of the cable is connected to the plug 2, pulled out to the full length coaxially with the pipeline to the pole 6 and the electrode wire is connected to the cable. As a result, a closed electrical circuit is formed, which makes it possible to diagnose a local section of an underground pipeline that is short in length and obtain reliable results on the technical condition of the insulating coating.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability and accuracy of diagnostic control of the technical parameters of the insulating coating on a local section of an underground pipeline.
