FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a heterocyclic compound of the formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, where Y is ; A is phenyl; n is 1; R1 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6halogenalkyl, C1-6alkoxy, and cyano; each of R2 and R3 is independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6halogenalkyl, C1-6alkoxy, or R2 and R3 together form phenyl or dioxolan. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of the formula (I) and its use.
EFFECT: inhibition of KIT tyrosine kinase of a wild type and/or mutant KIT tyrosine kinase with a compound of the formula (I), useful for the treatment, prevention, or relief of a disease, disorder, or condition related to activity of KIT kinase of a wild type and/or mutant KIT.
