A single topical application hemostatic gel manufacturing method is presented, the gel contains high molecular weight compound sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Na CMC), active substances of which are calcium chloride CaCl2 and 6-aminocaproic acid (6-ACA), 100% of the gel contains: Na CMC - 6%, CaCl2 - 4%, 6-aminocaproic acid - 5%, purified water - the rest, with stages when anhydrous CaCl2 is added to purified water, heated to dissolve the calcium salt, 6-aminocaproic acid is added to the heated solution and stirred until a clear solution is obtained, and then Na CMC is added in portions.

EFFECT: invention provides for increasing haemostatic effect and reducing the time required to stop bleeding.
