FIELD: ecology, environmental purification and processing of industrial waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ecology, environmental purification and processing of industrial waste and can be used for the extraction of antimony(III) ions in the purification of ground and surface water in the extraction of antimony from deposits, as well as in the production of ceramics, batteries, flame retardants, catalysts and pigments . The invention is based on the use of sodium aluminosilicate obtained from rice production waste for the sorption of antimony(III) ions under static conditions from aqueous solutions in a ratio of solid and liquid phases of 1:1000 at room temperature.
EFFECT: range of sorbents for the extraction of antimony(III) ions from industrial aqueous media is expanded, as well as the options for the safe disposal of agricultural waste from rice production, which reduces atmospheric emissions of microdispersed amorphous silica SiO2, which is formed during open burning of waste.
