FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to the field of biotechnology and regenerative medicine, and can be used in “growing” cell and tissue engineering structures, the cultivation of cells, microorganisms, the study of the biocompatibility of various materials, as well as to study the influence of various factors on these processes. The flow-through bioreactor includes a reservoir with culture medium and peristaltic pumps forming a circulation system of culture medium through culture chambers, divided into two parts by a reservoir with culture medium. A peristaltic pump is placed in each of the parts at the outlet of the tank. Each part of the system contains two culture chambers connected in parallel to each other, following the peristaltic pump. One part of the circulation system after the culture chambers contains a pressure sensor, an oxygen sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor, a pH sensor and a sampling unit installed in series. Another part of the circulation system is an oxygenator connected to a cylinder with a gas mixture.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention provides the possibility of simultaneous cultivation of several CES and/or TES with optimal (economical) consumption of the culture medium and constant monitoring of the condition of cultivated objects.
