FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a recombinant plasmid vector providing expression and secretion of monoclonal antibodies and a chimeric monoclonal antibody M12B9ch. A recombinant plasmid vector pVEAL-M12B9ch is described. It provides stable expression and secretion of a chimeric monoclonal antibody M12B9ch against orthopoxviruses in mammalian cells, has a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2 with a size of 10,399 bps. A recombinant chimeric monoclonal scFv-Fc antibody M12B9ch against orthopoxviruses in mammalian cells is described, obtained using a recombinant plasmid vector pVEAL-M12B9ch.
EFFECT: obtainment of a chimeric monoclonal scFv-Fc antibody neutralizing a smallpox vaccine virus with higher activity.
