FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to medical technology, namely to a closing drive mechanism and a surgical stapler containing this mechanism. The closing drive mechanism is used in a surgical stapler and contains a drive part and a cylindrical housing. The drive part is connected to the closing traction plate of the stapler and is located on the proximal side of the cylindrical body, inside which a cavity with unidirectional valve is formed. When the drive part is moved to the proximal side of the stapler, the volume of the cavity increases, the unidirectional valve opens and the drive part drives the closing traction plate in the proximal direction to close the stapler head assembly. When the drive part is moved to the distal side of the stapler, the volume of the cavity decreases, the unidirectional valve closes and the drive part drives the closing traction plate in the distal direction to open the stapler head assembly. The surgical stapler contains the above-mentioned closing drive mechanism.
EFFECT: ensuring the slow opening of the head assembly after actuating the surgical stapler due to the unidirectional design of air damping.
