FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to chemical purification of metal surfaces, namely to purification from spraying of metal surfaces of a device for protection of walls of a vacuum chamber after the manufacture by electronic-beam welding or additive growing of products of titanium, aluminum, copper, nickel alloys. The method includes immersion of the device for protection of walls of a vacuum chamber to a chemical solution in the form of a mixture of RIK detergent and water heated to a temperature of 45-65°C, exposure in the solution for 10-15 min, examination after immersion, flushing with water, and drying.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at an increase in the efficiency and quality of purification of metal surfaces of a device for protection of walls of a vacuum chamber from the mentioned sprayings due to purification of the entire surface of the device with provision of the absence of spraying residues and damages on it.
