FIELD: biotechnology; cell biology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and cell biology, namely to prediction of impact of concentration of a sensibilizing agent on cell viability and prediction of cell viability in an industrial bioreactor. For this purpose, cell viability is determined with a set of test conditions in a test vessel for cultivation, wherein the set of test conditions is defined with a set of parameters, where the set of test conditions is selected based on full-factor screening and/or a prescribed central compositional plan. Impact of concentration of the sensibilizing agent on cell viability, as well as cell viability in the industrial bioreactor are predicted based on cell viability in the test vessel for cultivation with the set of conditions. Cells are cultivated in the industrial bioreactor, using concentration of the sensibilizing agent, which, according to predictions, will lead to specific cell death of less than 40% per day, when cultivating cells in the industrial bioreactor, cell-specific LDH production of less than 150 nU/cell during cell cultivation in the industrial bioreactor, or an apparent growth rate of more than 1% per day during cell cultivation in the industrial bioreactor.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides accurate prediction of impact of concentration of a sensibilizing agent on cell viability, as well as prediction of cell viability; accurate determination of a set of conditions, which can be used for cell cultivation in an industrial bioreactor.
