SUBSTANCE: kit of primers is proposed. The kit contains specific primer and probe sequences for amplification of methylated regions of specific regions of the PRDM12, FOXE1 and B3GAT2 marker genes found in this study. The primer and probe group also provides specific primer and probe sequences for amplifying the methylated region of a specific region of the vimentin, SFRP2-1 and SFRP2-2 genes. A group of specific primers and a probe for amplifying the gene of the internal standard ACTB reagent. A reagent is proposed to detect methylation of specific regions of genes associated with human colorectal cancer. A kit is proposed for detecting methylation of a specific region of a gene associated with human colorectal cancer in feces, blood or tissue using specific PCR and the use of a kit for detecting methylation of specific regions of genes associated with human colorectal cancer.
EFFECT: primer kit is characterized by high detection efficiency and high accuracy.
