FIELD: medicine; medical equipment; industrial transfusiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to extract the individual components of a layer-by-layer separated liquid. A device for extracting blood components from centrifuged whole blood contains a fixed plate, a movable plate with a double-sided stroke moved by an electric motor, lines for the individual output of each blood component with valves and transparency sensors, a movable plate position sensor, a unit for setting the movable plate position, movable plate position control unit, block for calculating the position of the movable plate. The movable plate speed calculation unit operates on the basis of data received from the movable plate position control unit. Speed control unit, at the output of which a force task is formed taking into account the value of the current speed of movement, is connected with the force control unit and with the force calculation unit according to information from the current sensor. The force control unit set by the speed control unit, is connected to the voltage generation unit configured to generate voltage on the motor winding by limiting the voltage coming from the power supply. The block for setting the pressure of the fluid flow in the lines, and the block for setting the force with which the movable plate presses on the blood bag are made with the possibility of setting the initial parameters by the operator.
EFFECT: increasing the performance of the device and reduction of the risk of operator error.
